Re-tender
The contract includes delivery, set-up, preparation, installation test and commissioning of 2 units. factory new production printers. The printers have different sizes, capacities and finishing equipment, cf. Appendix 1 Requirements specification.
The supplier of the production printers must take care of runningend service, repairs and maintenance. The costs for this incl. spare parts are included in fixed click prices.
For a more detailed description of the printers etc., including the customer's wishes and requirements that the printers and the associated services must meet, please refer to Appendix 1 - Specification of requirements.
The nye machines must have approved an installation test no later than 8 weeks after entering into the contract.
The service agreement is for 5 years and runs from the date of conclusion of the contract. Prices must be submitted for the service agreement with the possibility of extension 2 X 1 year by 1 year at a time on agreed terms.
The ordering party puts in thet day-to-day cooperation emphasis on the Supplier complying with the agreed response times for service calls. In addition, the ordering party would very much like the Supplier to be proactive and take the initiative on its own initiative if printing tasks can be optimized or improved. This can be at courses at the Supplier orandet.
