Description:
Re-tendering of the contract for the delivery of a service centre DSB offers a contract for the delivery of a service center with the option of internal service and reception for DSB's head office. The service center in DSB Properties is the central entry point for all inquiries related to property management across stations, buildings and other facilities. The center ensures that all tasks are correctly inspected, registered and channel-managed, so that operations are efficient and transparent for all parties involved. Internal Service supports it day-to-day running of DSB's head office by taking care of a number of practical and administrative service tasks which ensure that the building functions efficiently in relation to mail, access, craftsmen, bicycles, flagging and welcoming new employees. The reception must ensure a professional and friendly reception of guests, craftsmen and employees in DSB's head office, as well as supporting the house with practical service and coordination tasks.
