Description:
The Ordering Party offers a 4-year framework agreement on capital management of the Ordering Party's capital of approx. 6.8 billion DKK. The client expects to enter into an agreement with 3-4 different asset managers. A separate agreement is entered into for the Landsbyggefonden and the Building Damage Fund, respectively. The housing organizations approved at any timeations are entitled but not obliged to join the framework agreement, which is why these are also contracting parties during the tender. The public housing organizations approved at the time of the tender are listed in contract appendix 11 (Public housing organizations). If one or more housing associations connectthe agreement, the asset managers must also manage their capital in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The investment framework applicable to the agreement includes, with few exceptions, neither shares nor corporate bonds.
