The Capital Region offers comprehensive web-based IT support for the region's recruitment and onboarding processes, which is desired by the Supplier via an offered standard Software-as-a-Service solution, where the required standard functionality is already available to the greatest extent possibledsgiver's submission of offers, with minor adaptations to the needs of the Capital Region. The Capital Region therefore demands a standardised, fully developed and tested
web-based recruitment and onboarding solution that can be adapted to the region's specific needs through configuration and minor new developmenticling The service must be delivered as a complete service solution including hosting, operation, maintenance and support (often called "Software-as-a-service"), which is run from the tenderer's hard and software platform and made available to the client during the contract period. The offered Service from the Suppliermust be the central tool for the approx. 9000 recruitments
(depending on conjectures) that the Capital Region offers every year, as well as being the focal point for the new hires' good onboarding experience for work in the Capital Region. A large part of the Capital Region's approx. 45,000 employees,will come into contact with the Supplier's Service, as part of their regular work in the region.
