Description: KompetenceCenter Sjælland offers procurement of auditing services for the following group companies - Ringsted Forsyning, Odsherred Forsyning and Faxe Forsyning incl. KompetenceCenter Sjælland.
The benefit must, among other things, include the statutory audit and the closing accounting meeting. In addition, the offer must include participation in and presentation of the annual accounts for board meetings as well as statutory declarations, which in accordance with current legislation in the supply area and the municipal area, must be provided with a separate audit opinion.
On option, it will be possible to order specialist assignments which cover e.g. major analyzes, notes, sparring, risk assessment, complex consulting tasks, limited accounting assistance, etc.
