Description:
The Municipal Self-Governing Harbor Esbjerg Harbor (hereafter "Client") is currently undergoing an extensive expansion of the harbor area. In this connection, the Ordering Party wishes to offer a qualification scheme, which is expected to be used in connection with an extension of the port's quay sections.
Qualificationthe scheme will act as a list of suppliers who have been found suitable to supply sheet piles to the port. The ordering party will thus be able to directly contact the suppliers included in the qualification scheme and invite them to submit an offer for a specific delivery.
If thereif more than three (3) suitable companies are included in the qualification scheme, the Ordering Party will, prior to obtaining offers, select the three (3) companies that together provide the Ordering Party with the best possible field of competition in relation to the individual goods purchase contract.
When assessing which businessare that together provide the Ordering Party with the best possible field of competition, the Ordering Party will place emphasis on the extent to which the provided references document relevant experience with similar deliveries to the tendered contract, including in relation to scope and value.
When assessing the relevance of the referencesns, the Ordering Party will only take into account deliveries that have taken place within the last three (3) years from the time of publication of the qualification scheme.
