Description:
Lolland Spildevand A/S (hereafter "Builder") wants to establish a pyrolysis plant at Nakskov Renseanlage (RA), which will treat sewage sludge from the Builder's six treatment plants, Nakskov RA, Hunseby RA, R0dbyhavn RA, S0llested RA, Dannemare RA and Horslunde RA ( hereinafter "the Project").
The project includes asludge dewatering system for dewatering the sewage sludge from Nakskov RA, as well as a building that can contain facilities and installations, as well as all surrounding fortifications and fencing. The sewage sludge from the other five treatment plants is transported by car to Nakskov for pyrolysis.rice contract includes the following main services:
- Obtaining relevant permits, licenses and authority approvals
- Construction and construction
- Sludge supply and sludge wastewater
- Pyrolysis plant
- Electrical work
- SRO work.
In addition to the main services described above, options are included in the offered contract. Reference is made to the tender notice's section regarding options.
In the tender notice, the Client has indicated that the contract will be entered into on 17 September 2024. The Client notes that this date only reflects the expected time of contract conclusion. The tendered contract tenders without a pre-determined start and end date, as the contract ends when each party has fulfilled the obligations incumbent upon it pursuant to the contract.
