Description of the tender
Background
The university town is Aarhus University's new city-integrated campus, where large parts of Aarhus BSS will have a central location in the near future.
Aarhus BSS is the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences at Aarhus University (AU), which during the fall/winter 2025/2026 moves into the university town.
The university town housed Aarhus Municipal Hospital until 2019, when the Research Foundation's Property Company (FEAS) took over the buildings and now together with AU is in the process of remodeling and renovating the hospital buildings so that they become an integral part of AU.
Easy access via Passage
The university town is connected to the other institutes in the University Park via the passage under N0rrebrogade, so it is easy to get from one place to another.
Collaboration across
When five out of six institutes from Aarhus BSS are gathered in the same place, it creates an environment where students and Employees can thrive and develop together.
It also allows for better collaboration across disciplines, and hopefully it can also inspire and attract new, talented and committed students and staff.
