Description:
The ordering party hereby offers "Purchase of kitchen bags". The purchase is described in more detail in the requirements specification and the other tender materials.
The procurement contains two sub-contracts; one with Fredensborg Waste as Ordering Party, and one with Rudersdal Municipality as Ordering Party on behalf of the three cooperating municipalities Aller0d, H0rsholm and Rudersdal.
The ordering party has chosen not to split the procurement, cf. section 49 of the Public Procurement Act, as it is assessed that experience has significant synergy effects in that the tendered purchases are delivered by the same supplier. According to the Ordering Party's assessment, the purchase is a suitable purchase, which can ensure good competition for the contract.
Rudersdal Municipality and Fredensborg Affald A/S.
The agreement enters into force on 2 January 2026, runs until 31 December 2027 and is irrevocable during the contract period. The offer includes an option for the Ordering Party to extend the agreement on unchanged terms twice for up to 1 year. If both periods are used in full, the contract thus runs up to and including 31 December 2029.
The tender is carried out as a public EU tender in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 116 of 3 February 2025 with subsequent amendments (Procurement Act) and is announced on www.ethics.dk. The tenderer is responsible for keeping himself up to date on the tender.
