- The tender relates to a framework agreement with one supplier.
The tenderer must arrange for the delivery of nursery plants for the client's plant supply for the season 2024-2027.
Delivery of the plants must be made to the ordering party's local units in Denmark.
The tenderer who agrees to the Framework Agreement is guaranteed lifeerances to the ordering party of the specified species as described in more detail in the Draft Framework Agreement, but there is no guarantee of any form of minimum turnover during the agreement period at all.
The supply is organized by plants produced by the supplier himself or produced and distributed from known usub-suppliers as specified in the tenderer's offer. In the event of a shortage, supply can possibly be agreed upon through mediation from sub-suppliers who are not specified in the tenderer's offer, however only on the terms set out in the Framework Agreement.
