Description:
The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of concrete products to Esbjerg Municipality. The offer concerns the purchase and delivery of concrete products. For a more detailed description of the products and product groups on offer, including the requirements the products must meet, refer to the Specification of Requirements (Appendix 2) and the List of Offers (Appendix 3) as well asany corrections and answers to questions. The expected revenue from the contract amounts to DKK 11 million. DKK. The estimated consumption within the various products appears in the list of offers. The tendered contract has a term of 6 years. Terms of termination appear in the contract's section 2. Exclusion and areaunity: It appears from the Public Procurement Act that a Contracting Authority must require a tenderer to fill in the common European tender document, commonly known as the ESPD, in connection with submitting a tender. In addition, tenderers must meet the following minimum requirements for economic and financial capacity, cf. § of the Public Procurement Act142: The tenderer has had a positive gross profit on average over the last three (3) completed financial years., the tenderer has on average over the last three (3) completed financial years had a solvency ratio of at least 15%, the tenderer has had positive equity in the three (3) most recentcompleted financial year.
