Description:
The Ministry of Defence's Material and Procurement Agency (FMI) offers a framework agreement regarding the purchase and maintenance of various types of diesel forklifts, electric forklifts, hand lift trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, four-way trucks and reach trucks for the Armed Forces and other units under the Ministry of Defensesteriet (hereafter Defence). The armed forces need different types of machines for handling goods of different sizes and shapes. The machines are used at depots, barracks, naval and air stations located in Denmark, including on non-bridged islands (primarily Bornholm) and the Faroe Islands. One theyl depots are located far from busy roads and settlements, but they are accessible via a fixed road with an ordinary car or van. See further in section II.2.4) below.
