Description:
The current assault alarm system in regional psychiatry in the middle of Viborg needs to be changed, as it is no longer possible to obtain spare parts and as it is outdated in several places. Thus, with this tender, the contracting entity wants to enter into a contract for a new assault alarm system for the contractor's employees.
The buildings is of older date, and within 5 - 6 years there must be relocation to a new hospital, which is why the contract length reflects the expected remaining time operated in the existing buildings.
The new assault alarm system must be established at the addresses of S0nders0parken 1A, 1B and 1C (high -rise building) as well as S0nders0parken 21. The assault alarm system's management solution must be established and operated in the contractor's operating environment, where the contracting entity is responsible for the operation and maintenance of servers as well as operating program, and the supplier's responsibility for maintenance only ranks to the supplier's software and the established hardware.
There will be buildings and departments in connection with the covered ones, cf. above, to which the alarms must be able to send Signal via a simple connection. This applies to the Child and Youth Department, a sports hall and a pavilion in connection with S0nders0parken 1.
