- Description:
- The offering of this agreement includes the processing and marketing of wood waste that the contracting entity receives on the contracting entry of the contract. Five (5) recycling sites. Contractor's collected wood waste must as a minimum of the tenderer be treated as waste intended for recycling or better in accordance withSection 12 of the Waste Ordinance and the Environmental Protection Act. The contractor is responsible for the transport of the fraction to the receiving plant specified by the supplier. The contracting entity will supply the waste via own container transport. The waste fraction will consist of pure wood, which is referred to as A2 wood. Volume is exclusivelyindicative and is based on historical figures, which is why they cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover size. The contracting entity has no control over what is filed at the recycling sites, which is why the stated quantities will therefore be subject to some uncertainty. The total monthlyDelivery of wood waste from the contracting entity has historically varied throughout the year and has been between 100 - 450 tonnes monthly. The contracting entity does not make sorting or cleaning the sub -fraction (s) collected prior to being transferred to the supplier. The supplier must accept that there canoccurs up to 5% Error sorting per Read. Reference is also made to the tender material's contracting Appendix 1 - Performance description for a detailed description of the tasks offered.
