Description:
The offering of this agreement includes receipt, handling and marketing of the contractor's land, which is collected from the Five (5) re -breaking sites in Kolding in the Municipality of Kolding.
The contracting entity will either themselves or via A third party supplies the waste fraction via own container transport. The contracting entity strives to deliver the waste fraction with two (2) containers of 12 m3 at a time, however, it cannot be guaranteed to be the case for the individual reception.
Tendering's task consists of, after receipt, to do the handling in the form of analysis and categorization of the soil according to the degree of pollution and the type of pollution, as well as the subsequent marketing of land, including notification of land relocation in accordance with the land relocation order.
Contracting land collected land must be handled as a minimum Waste intended for recycling, other recovery, disposal or better in accordance with section 12 of the Waste Ordinance and in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act and the residual product order.
Upon receipt of the waste fraction, the tenderer must be in charge of transportation in connection with with handling and further marketing of the amount of land received.
The contracting entity does not make sorting or cleaning of the collected waste fraction prior to being transferred to the tenderer. ...
