Foundation Swimming Center Silkeborg, Godthabsvej 4, 8600 Silkeborg ("Builder") has the pleasure of announcing the offer of parallel framework agreements regarding client consultancy. This tender includes three (3) parallel framework agreements regarding client consultancy for the builder in connection with establishmentand the operation of the swimming pool. The operating part will probably be limited. The services that can be immediately expected to be provided appear in Appendix A.2 - Specific Performance Description, which is a supplement to Appendix A.1 - General Performance Description, based on YBB 19.in 2020 by Silkeborg Municipality. The municipality founded the fund as a self -governing institution (commercial fund) with the aim of constructing a new, modern swimming center in Silkeborg. The background was a need to replace the old swimming center northwest with up -to -date facilities. The City Council decided thatlet the swimming center run by an independent fund rather than direct municipal operations, including To enable external funding and ensure that any profits go back to the center's operation. In the summer of 2020, Silkeborg Municipality granted construction capital for the project and took the initiative to reduceA Fund Board. The fund board, organization and purpose are shown in the tender material for which reference is made. The maximum value of the framework agreement is estimated to be +40 % of the estimated value.
