Description:
The Establishment and Terrain Command (ETK), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence's group, handles the operation of the establishments throughout Denmark. ETK's head office is geographically located in Hj0rring, from where the overall management, planning and contract management takes place. ETK is described in more detail in the Appendix 4.1.
To support this development, ETK offers this Framework Agreement. The Contractors of the Framework Agreement (hereafter collectively referred to as "the Contractors") will become close and decisive business partners for ETK.
The craftsman services are delivered on a contract basis and primarily include maintenance and repair tasks and, exceptionally, new construction within technical trades.
The scope of the services includes, among other things, the professional groups:
- Electrical worker
- Plumbing worker
- Ventilation works
- Refrigeration and heat pump work
- Blacksmith
- Building automation (e.g. CTS, BMS, SRO)
- Fire and safety measures (e.g. ABA, IVA and ABDL)
- Energy optimization
