Description:
The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of District Heating Units with plate heat exchangers for heating radiator/underfloor heating as well as for the production of domestic hot water (villa installation) for I/S Vestforbraending with an expected lifetime of 15 years. District heating units are supplied with a warranty period of5 years including guarantee against corrosion of the district heating unit's domestic water part and boiler. The supplier undertakes to be able to procure spare parts for delivered district heating units for up to 15 years after the actual date of takeover.
Requirements for the district heating unit appear in the tender material.
Framework agreementn is assigned to one supplier.
The framework agreement is not exclusive and thus does not limit the Ordering Party's options for trade with other suppliers.
The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase a minimum of 2,000 district heating units during the overall term of the framework agreement (incl. options for extension). The customer is theredover is not obliged to purchase a specific quantity during the agreement period.
