• Description:
• The purpose of this tender is to draw up a framework agreement that covers the client's needs for special transport of citizens for the institutions. The service covers driving where: a) There is a fixed driving pattern, b) There is driving to and from the institutions where the driving pattern is not completely fixedand c) Is there transport for the institutions on an ad hoc basis, to e.g. cinema trips, football and other activities. The covered driving arrangements are: - Driving to/from special day care and club services, cf. Section 32 of the Service Act, - Driving to/from special schools and STU, cf. Section 26 of the Folkeskole Act, - Merudgbenefits according to Section 41 of the Service Act, - Driving for search relief and activity. There is no charge for driving between the vehicle's home location and the first and last trip, as well as any empty driving between trips. The individual citizens are all searched for one of the covered driving arrangements. Some citizens must his helped in and out of the carriage. Some citizens are also searched for a special service, e.g.: - Ordinary walking aids, e.g. walker, - Wheelchair use, - Accompanied driving, - Citizens in need of help to/from the front door at street level, - Hand to hand delivery. It is noted that it is approx. 1/3of the citizens who have been searched for wheelchairs (both electric and regular) as well as regular walking aids (e.g. walkers).
