Description:
The Housing Office Aarhus' selected departments want to offer their need for a collective replacement of existing laundries and acquisition new laundries.
The supply is divided into 2 sub -contracts, which reflect the contracting entities' desire for acquisition and replacement of the laundries.
The winning tenderer MUST IN CONTRACT 1 - PURCHASE OF WABSLE SOLUTION DELIVERS THE FOLLOWING:
- Delivery, assembly, testing, commissioning and validation and documentation of the washing machines and dryers offered with the properties arising from the total tender material
- dismantling of existing laundries and Pricing Receipt of Existing, cf. Appendix 4A - Overview of Departments Sub -Contract 1
- Service agreement of 8 years after the end of the warranty period for the departments that wish this, cf. Appendix 4A
- Option on additional service and maintenance of 5 x 12 months after the expiry of the obligatory service period at 8 years for the departments that wish this, cf. Appendix 4A.
Soap cabinets for specific departments, cf. Appendix 4A.
- warranty period of 2 years from approved acquisition of the delivery
- Delivery of access control systems (ADK) where this is desired At the individual department, cf. Appendix 4A
- Delivery of a payment and reservation system (including control panel for hanging in laundry)
