Description:
The tender relates to a framework agreement for ongoing ordering of the delivery, installation and servicing of an automatic burglar alarm system (AIA), access control system (ADK) and TV surveillance system (TVO) for the customer. This includes new systems as well as compatible parts/components for installation, service, repairaration and maintenance. In addition, the tender includes, in cases where the ordering party deems it necessary, replacements, repairs and maintenance of existing facilities as well as their servicing. The ordering party is exclusively obliged to use this framework agreement for delivery, installation andservice of new facilities. However, the ordering party reserves the right to also apply the framework agreement to existing facilities.
