Description:
The tender concerns deliveries/purchases of disks and mobile disks for New Aalborg University Hospital as stated in the delivery schedule of the tender materials.
The tender is divided into 3 sub-agreements:
•Sub-agreement 1: E195-5A: Disks for canteens and cafes
•Sub-agreement 2: E195-5B: Disks for departments
•Part agreement 3: E195-5C: Mobildice and mobile equipment for departments
The Ordering Party intends to award a contract to one Tenderer per partial agreement.
Each Bidder may submit an offer for one, two or all three partial agreements.
The partial agreements are mutually independent, and are evaluated and awarded individually. There can therefore not offers combination discounts or other things that are dependent on more than one sub-agreement being awarded to the Tenderer in question.
Sub-agreement 1 - E195-5A: Counters for canteens and cafes
Counters for canteens and cafes:
The tender concerns for each sub-agreement deliveries/purchases of equipment for New Aalborg University Hospital (hereafter referred to as NAU). Reference is made to the draft contract with annexes for a detailed description of requirements and terms.
The offer configuration of the delivery is specified for each partial agreement in the Offer List (Appendix B). The contract configuration cf. 5.1 in the draft contract, includes the final equipmentconfiguration that the Ordering Party puts together on the basis of the winning bidder's offer configuration....
