The supply includes deliveries of green bags in annual main deliveries of 15 liter bags and 30 liter bags, as well as ongoing deliveries of 15 and 30 liter bags. The description of the desired bags in scope and quality is described under "requirement specification". The period of contract and any optionsis stated in the tender material section "Contract". The offer is divided into two stages: Delivery to the first year of the contract period and delivery to the remaining time of contract period. Background for delivery requirements: The contracting entity has a special need for the first delivery to be made on 01.09.2025. Theis therefore crucial that the tenderer can guarantee delivery to the specified time limit for the first delivery in order to submit offers, as it is a significant factor for the contracting entity to meet his goals. The contractor therefore wants a separate price of the initial order (the first delivery), thenThis should be delivered on 01.09.2025. For the remaining contract period, delivery will be made according to a set schedule and delivery is expected in September each year. The basis for this is that the contracting entity intends to plan the deliveries in advance after first delivery.
