- Tender for Contract regarding washing and rental of clothing and linen for the Ordering Party. The contract includes the Ordering party's:
•Elderly area
•Canteens
•Dental care
The tender concerns the rental and washing of work clothing for the staff in the above work areas. In addition, the tender includes the Ordering Party's need for adviceswearing and washing of linen for the location's kitchens and temporary places in care.
Linen consists of tea towels, side pieces, towels, etc. as well as duvets, pillows and associated covers that the Tenderer makes available to the Ordering Party. Linen is settled as a pure washing price and there will be so ons not be paid for the number of days that Linen is with the Ordering Party.
Furthermore, the tender relates to access to an electronic ordering/management system that makes it easy for the Ordering Party to manage, control and adapt the stocks of clothing and linen.
They included locations wherefor the clothing to be picked up and delivered, appears in Contract Annex 5 Employee and location overview. The appendix also shows the known number of employees at the addresses at the time of publication of the tender.
Currently the area includes approx. 224 employees who must have personal bclothing, distributed as follows:
•214 full-time employees
•10 part-time employees
In addition, there are the following number of temps and students, who must all have pool clothes:
•80 internal temps
•50 students and students
The above is distributed among approx. 96% women and 4% men.
