In relation to the canceled supply, 2 primary changes have been made:
1) The scope for supply documents C: Solution description has changed.

2) The number of contracting entities has changed from 4 to 1, as Odense Municipality's companies are not considered independent contracting entities, but have the opportunity to sign up for courses created by Odense Municipality and thus make use of the framework agreement's services. Their role is described in the Framework Agreement. See otherwise II.2.14).
