Description:
Kirstinebjerg School in Fredericia Municipality must establish a school meal scheme for a total of approx. 550 students. The school has been selected by the Ministry of Children and Education to participate in a 3-year national trial scheme for school meals.
The national trial scheme is described in more detail in "Guidelines on pools for testing of the school meal scheme in the national trial scheme for school meals 2025 2028."
The offer includes the delivery of lunch to two departments of the Kirstinebjerg School in Fredericia Municipality: the preschool (grades 0-3) on H0gevej and the preschool (grades 7-9) on Havepladsvej.
Delivery of school meals must begin in the middle of the 2025/2026 school year on 5 January 2026 and end in the middle of the 2027/2028 school year on 21 December 2028.
The school meals must be delivered daily to Kirstinebjerg School on the 200 school days per year according to the school's holiday schedule, and in accordance with the specifications described in the Contract with associated annexes.
