Description:
The regions want to carry out a market dialogue around the acquisition of a new system that will ensure improved IT support for the processes for handling and dispensing free medicines (VFM). The lack of IT support complicates the dispensing of free medicine in general andespecially in relation to the transparency that clinicians, patients and other health actors are used to from pharmacies in the primary sector. At the same time, the risk of errors increases, i.a. because notes are made manually in several places. Effective IT support will facilitate the procedure and ensure an automated and patisecure solution which enables uniform data collection and settlement between the regions as well as close management and monitoring of medication consumption. At the same time, there is a desire for a new system to be able to support the dispensing of medicine in the patient's region of residence. The core functionality is based on eexisting, new and adjusted functionality in FMK as well as the acquisition of a new "thin" (not health data-owning) VFM client, whose main purpose is to orchestrate services on underlying systems, and to be the hospital pharmacies' entrance for dispatching and dispensing medicine free of charge. This VFM itchnt is the subject of a potential future tender which this market dialogue deals with. Against this background, the regions want a dialogue with a number of suppliers about how a VFM client can be designed and developed.
