- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Cash and/or Voucher (Drc Afghanistan) DRC is providing support to displacement‐affected communities in Kabul, Balkh, Maidan Wardak, Parwan, Kapisa, Ghazni, Bamyan, Daikundi, Herat, Farah, Nangarhar, Panjshir, Kandahar, Zabul, Nimroz, Kunar, and other provinces based on need in order to have enhanced resilience through emergency response, community‐based protection and socio‐economic self‐ reliance support. DRC intends to distribute cash to our beneficiaries through one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs) to implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) in Afghanistan. ‘CVA- refers to all programmes where cash transfers or vouchers for goods or services are directly provided to recipients.
