Description: The Offering relates to a contract that includes an IT solution to support the grant management in the cultural and leisure management (KFF). The IT solution must be used for handling grants in several grants, pools and schemes in KFF and must be used by both case handlers, managers, applicants / beneficiaries in the grant process from the application are sent to follow-up and final payout. The IT solution must rely on an existing solution with the supplier (standard system) and is expected to contain limited development, configuration and adaptation to KFF's needs and requirements. Furthermore, after delivery of the IT solution, the supplier who has been granted the contract must manage hosting, operation, and maintenance of the IT solution in the contract period.
