- The new Tingbjerg Multihall will be included as part of the existing Tingbjerg Sports Park. The hall will provide a framework for both recreational activities in everyday life and the holding of major sporting and cultural events. The Multihallen must create new attractive settings for activity and socializing, which will attract people from all over Copenhagen.
A building made in high architectural and material quality is desired: a signature building that gives the whole area a significant boost.
The VISION is to create:
(a)A world-class architectural landmark.
(b) Motivational framework for sports and movement.
M0llerske St0ttefond. The property fund Tingbjerg Multihal will be responsible for the design and construction of the multihall, which will subsequently be rented out and operated by Copenhagen Municipality.
The project competition is carried out as an invited project competition with prior pre-qualification, with the possibility of awarding the total consulting contract to the winner of the project competition, by carrying out a tender with negotiation without prior publication, cf. Section 82 of the Public Procurement Act.
The project competition will be carried out in the period December 2025 to April 2026, after which it is expected that agreement on total consultancy with the winner of the competition.
