Description:
The purpose of the restoration and the new interior of the church's interior is to preserve and highlight these values, while creating a modern and functional framework for the many activities of the church.
DKK excl. VAT
The financial framework covers everyone Craftsmen's expenses, decompositions, environmental remediation, drying out, consumption, construction site, indexes, furniture, builder supplies and unforesable expenses, and are excl. All builder expenses and archeology, historical fixtures and VAT.
Applicants (total advisor) must be an architectural firm.
Selection of Pre -qualified participants for the project competition will be done by an overall assessment of the applicant's suitability for the assignment, including competences in the organization and experience from comparable projects.
Emphasis is placed on:
• The contents of the submitted references including which applicants have documented Architecturally strong and relevant references in relation to the task offered.
• It is positively weighted if the reference is a completed project, alternatively, a project during execution.
• Key people with strong competencies to take care of similar roles and experience from projects of similar Complexity and character.
• If more than four applicants have qualifications that are relatively equal, the four applicants who overall is assessed to provide a varied participant field and the best competition is selected.
