Description: Proposals must be provided for new construction of new church in Ørestad. The proposal must be a significant construction of high architectural quality, which simultaneously meet modern demands on the church function in a urban context.

The project competition, and subsequent negotiations with debate, implemented in order to conclude total adviser contract with the winner for the design and realization of the above-mentioned new church in Ørestad. Estimated overall contract value of the total advisor contract is DKK 8,150,000.00 excl. VAT.

Thus, the tender process is carried out in 2 phases in addition to the prequalification phase, where Phase 1 constitutes the actual contest, while Phase 2 is constituted by a subsequent call for negotiation with the designated winner.
