Description:
The Danish Parliament has taken over the management of the state ownership of the former buildings of the National Archives on Slotsholmen. This has happened with a desire to create a new and better framework for an open, accessible and engaging public administration.
The project consists of restoration, rebuilding and a proposal for a new subjordic visitor entrance. This should give the Parliament more space, strengthen citizen-oriented activities and improve and renew the framework for parliamentary work. The project must protect the historic and listed buildings, just as it is desired to work with sustainability based on the UN's global goals.
BuildingThe Swedish National Agency for Norwegian Studies wishes to hold a project competition, and subsequent tender with negotiation without prior publication, with a view to awarding a total consultant agreement. The task includes total consultancy from construction program to 1-year inspection as well as sustainability management, ICT management and AMK (P).
The Danish Building Agency expects the following process:
1. Publication of this announcement with a view to selecting 5 participants for the project competition. The focus in the selection of competition participants is on architectural references, see part III.1.10 for further information.
2. The project competition, where 1-3winners are selected.
3. Tender with negotiation with the 1-3 winners, without prior publication. The Danish Building Agency reserves the right to award the task based on an initial offer.
