Description:
Gladsaxe Municipality offers the development of the light rail station aprons for the future light rail on Ring 3. The current tender includes a project competition for the light rail station apron Gladsaxe Town Hall, which is offered in a project competition. This light rail station apron is offered separately because of this stationns central location and importance in the city. For information, the contracting authority issues a separate tender for total consultancy in connection with the planning and execution of five station forecourts. See Tender conditions for total consultancy in connection with the design and construction of five station forecourts for information about this tender. Both tenders are offered at the same time. The project competition must uncover the site's possibilities and come up with solutions to specific problems through qualified idea generation. The task contains a degree of urban and technical complexity, therefore the pre-qualified kocompetition teams have a number of interdisciplinary skills that match the complexity and understanding of the task. These competencies appear in the tender conditions, including that the general consultant must be a landscape architect with engineering disciplines as sub-consultant. The ordering party intends to award aservice contract in the form of a total consultancy contract to the winner of the project competition. The total consultant must prepare project proposals in an iterative process with Gladsaxe Municipality and relevant actors, as well as prepare a tender project for contract tenders and provide advice in the implementation phase.
