Description: Domea.dk is one of Denmark's largest building and housing administrators of general housing. Domea.dk assists approx. 100 residential organizations that together own approx. 52,000 general housing throughout the country. Domea.dk wants the general administration of housing organizations listed in Annex I to the specifications to conclude parallel framework agreements on total contracts for, among other things, to ensure optimal handling of new construction projects in relation to time, economy and quality.

The framework agreements include buildings with variation in the projects and the building method. These are individual projects listed in Totalentreprise - possibly. as modular construction.
