Description: The Offering relates to a framework agreement on the supply of a talent management solution to the public sector. The solution is called "campus" when it is made available to the users of the Financial Management and the other beneficiaries. The other beneficiary institutions calculated in Annex A framework agreement can join the campus for up to four years from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement. Subsequently, no further institutions can be connected.

The assignment consists of first implementation and then accessories / licenses, operation and maintenance of a modularly built standard cloud solution with the possibility of individualization through configuration. It is expected that there is a high degree of flexibility in terms of import and export of data from other systems and sources, as data is born in other systems or to be further processed in other systems.
