Description: The Framework Agreement includes standard software products for the Danish state, including Cloud. The Framework Agreement is concluded by the Danish Economic Authority on behalf of the Danish State, and the Framework Agreement is used by government institutions for which circular No 9749 of 2 September 2019 on the procurement in the State is applicable. The State Agreement on the supply of Microsoft products expires on 31 March 2022, so the state offers a framework agreement on the supply of standard software products. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-agreements. Part agreement 1 includes generic standard software products in IT workplaces, server and cloud. Part agreement 2 includes software products for the existing Microsoft maintenance and acquisition portfolio.
