Description: The contracting entity offers a framework agreement with one supplier for delivery of facility services. The Framework Agreement is targeted by contracting entity in transmission and can only be used by this part of the contractor's organization.

The services are to provide qualified staff with a view to cleaning and maintenance of contracting entity on the level and extent required by the contracting entity.

The work is managed by the contracting entity and includes both planned and spontaneously emerged tasks of any kind in relation to cleaning and maintenance of contracting entity.

The tenderer must also be able to provide experienced staff available to other practical ad hoc tasks of less scale primarily on the holding entity's head office Roskildevej 175, 2620 Albertslund, such as. Setting up whiteboards, suspension of hooks, movement of furniture and other fixtures associated with office relocation and the like. Ad hoc tasks can only be initiated in agreement with contracting entity.
