Description:
The contract concerns the outsourcing of data protection of Region Southern Denmark's operating platform. Operating platform means current and future physical servers, which are currently located in Region South Denmark's own data center. It primarily concerns Windows Server 2012 and onwards, but physical Li is also includednux and Solaris based servers. The operating platform also contains a large number of databases based on Microsoft SQL and Oracle respectively, as well as a large Microsoft Exchange installation. Data protection includes backup, restore and any services in connection with disaster recovery. The primarye services must be delivered from the Supplier's own data centre. The amount of data is significant. The quantity is expected to increase during the contract period. It is desired that the services are delivered as services. These services must be delivered from a dedicated solution located in the Supplier's data center. There must bee option for differentiated service levels.
