Description: The Offering concerns an agreement on the supply of banking services. The supplies must include the settlement of daily banking business for the following companies: Ready Supply A / S, Køge Holding A / S, Køge Drain A / S, Køge Water A / S, Køge Heating A / S, Køge Wind A / S, Køge Supply Invest Aps, Greve Supply Holding A / S, Greve Wastewater A / S, Greve Renovation A / S, Solrød Supply Holding A / S, Solrød Wastewater A / S, Stevns Municipality Holding A / S, Stevns Wastewater A / S and Stevns Supply Invest A / S. The services include the supply of the companies' daily banking business, including account system, interest rate tetting, integration to AMC Banking, payment services, online banking, implementation and service. The agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension for 2 x 12 months.
