Description:
This tender for printing services in relation to election cards constitutes one of three tenders, which together must expose to competition and replace KMD's services in relation to the election system, as well as printing and distribution of election cards for Danish elections.
All municipalities have undertaken to purchase each of the three services via en joint contract and to be represented vis-a-vis the suppliers via KOMBIT.
As a starting point, the contract covers the five nationwide types of elections, municipal elections, regional council elections, parliamentary elections, European Parliament elections and referendums as well as any individual municipal referendums,and the printing task includes printing election cards for the purposes of these elections.
A framework agreement has been chosen, as the number of elections is only partially known. Municipal elections and regional council elections are scheduled to be held every four years and European Parliament elections are held every five years, but general elections and referendumsger is printed by the Prime Minister or by the individual municipalities according to the rules for this.
