Description:
The tendered task concerns advice in connection with the implementation of the "DKV plan - Operation control and maintenance of fire conditions in and around buildings", for the properties designated by Gentofte Municipality. The properties are existing properties, which for the most part are fully or partially covered by BR18,§147.
The task on the individual properties mainly includes:
- Scrutiny of the building case archive, to determine the approved fire conditions for the property's buildings.
- Plan and carry out a building review, with registration of the current fire conditions as well as any interior design changes.
- Prepare fire plans (floor plans and situation plans).
- Prepare fire and evacuation plans for building sections covered by BR18 § 147.
- Prepare DKV plan Operation control and maintenance of fire conditions in and near buildings" on the assigned properties.
