Description:
Energinet is looking for a unified on-prem solution for the administration of access control that covers all locations and individual accesses. This is estimated to correspond to approx. 400 locations and 10,000 individual user profiles, where a personally identifiable log must be kept of all accesses. The system must comply with legal requirements cf. Executive Order No. 260 with special focus on §37. In addition, a new ID card system is desired, which must be compatible with the administration of the access control. It must be an ID card system where Energinet must be able to design and print ID cards, preferably on sustainable material. Both systems must be scalable in relation to both the number of locations, the number of users and in relation to new technology in relation to security and new legislation. Given the new security situation, solutions are desired which can accommodate both scaling up and downscaling of threat levels.
