Description:
H. Skj0de Knudsen must erect for the client Funen's non -profit housing company ("FAB") 42 family homes spread across 7 buildings on Ejlstrupvej 191 in Odense V. The homes are erected in traditional masonry, dark concrete roof tiles and wood/alu windows and doors. Inside the apartments consist of kitchen, living roomand bathroom. These are 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments that have a size from 62 m2 to 110 m2.
For the developer, there is a great focus on unity and community for their residents, and therefore all entrance sides for the dwelling are placed towards the building large common green area. The construction is followingFAB's sustainability plan, where requirements are required, among other things, the use of environmental certified and indoor climate-friendly materials both exterior and interior and erected in function and quality according to FAB's general requirements specification.
