Description: As part of the national dissemination of telemedicine home monitoring of citizens with COPD and heart failure, the Common Service Center is to be connected to the new national infrastructure for telemedicine and apply a new telemedicine software solution to citizens and employees in 2023. Some of the establishment of an overall value chain in relation to the obligation of the joint service center's members' obligation to disseminate home monitoring of citizens with COPD means that the Joint Service Center must enter into an agreement on service and logistics in terms of having patient equipment prepared and delivered to citizens in their own homes . The agreement will also include Joint Service Center's current and upcoming service and logistics tasks. The Joint Service Center currently includes 19 municipalities and the Central Jutland region in a cross -sectoral collaboration on telemedicine.
