- Roskilde Municipality offers personal care and practical help for citizens searched for home care according to § 83 of the Service Act (personal and practical help) and in accordance with the Ministry of Social Affairs' order no. 1575 of 27.12.2014 on quality standards for home care, rehabilitation courses and trainingaccording to §§ 83, 83a and 86 of the Service Act. It is the City Council of Roskilde Municipality, which at least once a year decides the municipal service level for personal care and practical help in the Service Act. The municipal authority (hereafter Myndighedsservice) makes specific and individual decisions on this basisrequests for help according to Section 83 of the Service Act. The tender is carried out in accordance with the Tender Act (LAW no. 1564 of 15/12/2015) section III on the procurement of social and other specific services (light regime).
