- The Ministry of Defense's Material and Purchasing Agency intends to enter into a framework agreement on paint and related products.
The products must be usable on both interior and exterior surfaces on the defense vehicles, and for blur and protection of other equipment.
The products must be usable with other materials such as steel, galvanized steel, phosphate steel, light metals, plastic, and wood.
For certain products on the agreement, the supplier of the agreement must cooperate with the Defense Laboratory on testing and approval of these products before first delivery.
For certain products on the agreement, the Defense Laboratory must approve each batch before it can be put into service by the Armed Forces.
