- The Road Directorate wants assistance in the preparation of the environmental impact assessment (MKV) and the sketch project for the expansion of the Hiller0d motorway between Motorring 3 and Ring 4.MKV section is approx. 3 km long and runs between Motorring 3 in the south and ring 4 in the north. There are major congestion and accessibility problemson the stretch in both south and northbound directions. The stretch is today with two driving tracks in a northerly direction. In a southerly direction there is also a parallel track, so there are three driving tracks from the exit at Vaerebrovej to M3. Advisor must update the sketch project from 2021 and detail individual subject areasfurther.
A review of all geometry and other project conditions must be done so that the sketch project lives up to current rules and standards. To arrive at the best possible sketch project, the course will consist of several iterative processes. Advisor must, as a result of the iterative processes,expect that changes must be made to the sketch project to a greater or lesser extent. The contractor expects the sketch design to result in one solution. In addition, adviser must ensure that the road system is designed so that it is robust in relation to the climate change that can be expected beforefor the life of the road system.
