Description:
A new security policy situation has changed the threat image seriously in Europe and created an increased need for rapid military build -up, including investments in new and improved accommodation buildings. In light of this, Establishment & Terrain Command (ETK) wants to be part of a public private Partnership (PPP) with one or two private partners (PPP suppliers), with the task of competition in two sub-agreements with the opportunity to bid separately on each of the two agreements or give a total bid for the PPP project as a whole. Speed and security around the project is absolutely critical and hero Central to the process. Both conditions mean that both competitive exposure and construction will take place under significant time pressure and focusing on security in relation to the spread of information, etc. Reference is made in this connection to Bill No. 222 presented in the Parliament to 1.
