Description:
The tender relates to tendering for the daily operation and maintenance of all municipal road lighting systems in the municipality. The task includes preparedness, rectification of errors and defects, preventive maintenance and carrying out inspections. In addition to road lighting systems, the contract also includes "externaleggs" on signal systems and Toronto systems in the municipality. The contract mainly includes: Operation and maintenance: • Establish and maintain a 24-hour on-call system with preparedness for receiving error reports and emergency repairs. • Receive and assess error reports from the municipality's Operations WEB error reporting database. •Ddaily operation and maintenance of road lighting systems.•Daily operation and maintenance of external systems at signal systems.•Daily operation and maintenance of Toronto systems.•Correct errors and defects, including vandalism and collisions.•Erect crooked masts •Perform inspections of all existing systems.• Undertakenecessary repairs, including fittings and mast replacements on existing facilities.• Contribute to preventive maintenance.• Updating the municipality's data on GIS maps (MAP info), including checking and updating the associated database.
